bobcat blonde beer

pilsner - 4%

Over 21 runners enjoy a thirst quenching Adirondack Brewing Company beer at finish. Inspired by crisp, clean Old-World-style pilsners, Bobcat Blonde was designed as a light-bodied beer with a subtle bitterness and an uncanny ability to pair with a wide variety of food. Golden and refreshing, Bobcat utilizes noble German hop varieties

During a post-college backpacking trip around Europe way back in the 1980s, Adirondack Brewery owner and founder, John Carr, became intrigued by the aromas and flavors he experienced in high-quality European ales and lagers. After he returned to the States, John found it nearly impossible to find anything resembling the outstanding liquids that he had tasted during his travels...so he decided to brew his own. He set out to brew innovative, all-natural, great tasting beer with one stipulation: it had to be "drinkable on a hot, summer day on Lake George."

The 2021 Race Course may be adjusted to improve safety and ensure social distancing of runners.

2021 Covid-19 Protocols
After meeting with the town, we have the all clear for race day. And we can't wait.
However, we have implemented several measures to enhance safety. Runners are required to abide by the following measures:

-We have reduced our capacity to 50% of our normal limit.
-Runners will be expected to wear a mask at the start and finish lines & when not able to socially distance.
-You must begin the race with a mask on that covers your nose and mouth. You may then lower it/not have it covering your nose and mouth.
-The start line will be spread out so that runners can maintain 6 feet of separation while approaching the start line. When lined up, you will be asked to maintain this distance through a rolling start.
-All age group awards will be given out based on chip time.
-On the morning of race day runners, volunteers, and staff must check their temperature. If they have a fever they must not attend and can automatically transfer to virtual program.
-If participants have any symptoms or had symptoms in the prior week, they must not attend.
-All Packet Pickup will be held outside this year.
-The finish line area has been expanded to include the entire lawn in front of the brewery.
-Separation between groups will be required.
